1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ABHIASHU, we ensure your ready-to-wear sarees reach you swiftly so you can get "glam-ready" in seconds.

Order Processing: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For customized or pre-order items, processing may take longer (communicated at the time of order).
Delivery Timelines: * Within India: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- International: 10–21 business days (customs duties, if any, are to be borne by the customer).
Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the package is dispatched.

Because ABHIASHU drape sarees are precision-stitched, we follow a specific protocol for cancellations and returns:

Cancellations: * You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement via WhatsApp (+91 8882888886).
- Note: Customized or "Made-to-Order" sarees cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Return Eligibility: Returns/Refunds are accepted only if:
1. The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
Reporting Window: You must report issues with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales.
- Sarees that have been further altered or used.
- International orders (unless defective).
Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, a bank transfer will be initiated.

Product Accuracy: We strive to represent colors accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to digital screen settings.
Fit & Sizing: ABHIASHU drape sarees feature adjustable waistbands. Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Usage: The website content and "ready-to-wear" designs are the intellectual property of Suraj Bhan Sunil Kumar & Co.
Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen weather conditions.

Your Data: We collect essential info (name, contact, address) to fulfill your orders and provide updates.
Security: All payments are processed through encrypted, secure gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
Marketing: We may send you newsletters about new ABHIASHU collections; you can opt out at any time.
