At ABHIASHU, we value your trust and satisfaction. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To request a cancellation, please WhatsApp on 91-8882888886 with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom/Pre-Order Products:
Orders for customized or made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product
The product delivered is different from what was ordered
The order was cancelled within the allowed time frame (before dispatch)
Note: No refunds will be issued for products that are returned used, damaged, or without original tags and packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once your return/cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. You will be required to provide valid bank details.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance events
Customized or altered garments
International orders unless the item is defective or incorrect
