Select international destinations (please contact us to confirm service availability before ordering internationally)
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping:
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000
For orders below ₹2,000: Flat shipping charge of ₹100
International Shipping:
Charges vary based on location and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or communicated separately for custom orders.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
4. Delivery Timelines
Within India:
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Orders:
Delivery timelines range from 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier partner issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment using the courier service’s official website.
6. Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept:
We will contact you for reshipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue. Replacements/refunds will be processed based on investigation.
8. Custom Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any additional charges imposed during customs clearance.
